I'm searching for women in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond to participate in this one-of-a-kind portrait experience and exhibition.
On the road to turning 35, I'm looking for 35 amazing and dynamic women to share their story of growing, surviving and ultimately thriving over 30.
Thriving over 30 is a multi-disciplinary photography project comprised of interviews and portrait photography sessions of women, which will culminate in a final gallery exhibition. For many young women, 30 is a destination – a point of no return when their youth is firmly behind them. For those of us in the know, your 30s are a time of deep self-discovery, confidence-building and self-actualization. This project is your opportunity to share how that process has unfolded in your life, and capture the beauty of your journey from where you are in this moment.
T h e P r o c e s s
I’m offering the Thriving over 30 promotional package for $499 (plus tax). It includes: your pre-session consultation, wardrobe consult and styling, professional, camera-ready makeup application, your online reveal session and one (1) 7×10 matted image – a $779 value.
- During your phone or Zoom pre-consultation we will discuss how you want to be photographed, wardrobe possibilities and outline the full process of being photographed together.
- You’ll receive professional makeup, perfect for date night or a night on the town (even with a mask on, since it’s all about the eyes) to match the mood of your session. You’ll be a stunning vision in front of the camera and after!
- Your photo session will include multiple wardrobe changes and backdrops – up to five in our allotted session time. Don’t worry about being photogenic or camera shy. I will direct you the entire way through, but we always leave a few minutes to freestyle if you’re up for it.
- 1 (one) complimentary matted 7×10 fine art print and matching digital image of your choice as a thank you for participating in the project. Within two weeks of your photo session, you’ll have an online reveal over Zoom where you’ll get to see all of your portraits, select your complimentary image and have the opportunity to purchase more. There is no obligation to buy additional images, but what you choose is up to you. At your session, you’ll see the wide range of heirloom products available, and I must admit, after you’ve seen your images, you might not be able to resist.

You'll be video interviewed by me about how you experienced your 30s and how that time in your life influenced and shaped the woman you are today.
Before and after makeup images may be shown on my website or social media as a behind-the-scenes of the wonderful experience you'll have.
